Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

14 Day Returns Warranty

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from our website, simply contact us. You can return the product within 14 days after receiving the delivery. We will always offer the shipping fee for our customers.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and their original packaging.

All returns can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina, Exel. Returned items must be declared as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label. Furthermore returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees.

Important Notice:

Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please send it to the address we provide. You can contact our costomer service to get the address.

Exchange

If you have ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, you have to afford the shipping fee. For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment for the price of the goods.

Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
